Former black Kent Police officer welcomes anti-racism training but says more needs to be done

Officers in England and Wales are set to receive mandatory anti-racism training under a new plan to combat discrimination.<br /><br />Kent Police say they are not a racist force, and work hard to remove bias from their service.
