The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) confirmed that there is an ongoing phreatic eruption in Mount Bulusan in Sorsogon, Bicol region. <br /><br />The phreatic eruption, according to Phivolcs, lasted for approximately 17 minutes and was recorded by seismic and infrasound monitoring by the Bulusan Volcano Network (BVN).
