Blackpool South MP Scott Benton met with Prime Minister Boris Johnson who visited Blackpool today 09/06/2022.<br /><br />The Prime Minister visited local businesses at Blackpool Airport with the local MP, who has been campaigning for the restoration of commercial passenger flights to the airport.<br /><br />Mr Benton previously presented a petition to the Council signed by more than 8,000 people calling for Blackpool Airport to be reopened to commercial flights.
