Dog Jumps to Peep Through Fence and Greet Fellow Dog on Other Side

This dog was super excited about greeting their fellow walking down a sidewalk. They repeatedly jumped in excitement and peeped through the fence while growling adorably in between as if they were trying to say 'hello'.
