'It has been said that creativity creates marvels out of the discarded.<br /><br />In this recycling video, Giullia Kviatkoski De Oliveira, a talented graphic designer who creates files for cutting machines such as the Cricut, Scanncut, and Silhouette Cameo, can be seen making a brand new paper out of scraps and leftovers from her previous work.<br /><br />“Most of my projects are made with paper and cardstock,” Giullia Kviatkoski De Oliveira said. “Using those materials almost every day creates a lot of scraps and leftovers.
