New rules as Kunanyi Mt Wellington prepares to reopen

Hobart's Kunanyi Mount Wellington will fully reopen tomorrow after a week of being closed to motorists. Council workers are clearing snow from the summit and have put new rules in place which they hope will provide a safer passage.
