The Malaysian Bar has issued a circular to its members on what to do in the face of what it described as the police’s “misguided” understanding of their role and the law.<br /><br />This was after Dang Wangi district police chief Noor Dellhan Yahaya said the police would question everyone involved in the ‘Walk for Justice’ gathering last Friday.<br /><br />Describing Noor Delhan’s statement as “perplexing”, the Bar called on members not to be perturbed as they have not committed any wrongdoing.
