Dozens of firefighters and 15 fire engines have been sent to tackle a blaze in a 15-storey high-rise block in Ilford.<br /><br />Flames broke out in part of a flat on the 13th floor of the building, on Grantham Road, in Manor Park, this afternoon (Tuesday, June 21).<br /><br />Ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters were originally sent to the scene.<br /><br />Around 60 people left the building before the fire brigade arrived.<br /><br />Video: TJ Stamp @TJStamp
