A day after Maharashtra minister and Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde, along with 40 rebel MLAs, holed up in a hotel in Surat, Gujarat, they left for Guwahati in the early hours of Wednesday morning on a special flight. <br /> <br />They are currently staying at the Raddison Blu hotel in Guwahati. According to sources, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma visited the hotel hosting rebel MLAs early on Wednesday morning. <br /> <br />Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government has convened a Cabinet meeting today at 1 pm.
