Many households are finding it harder to make ends meet with inflation driving up the price of everything from groceries to home repayments. Financial counsellors are now reporting a rise in the number of Australians seeking help with their loans with fixed rates due to end in coming months. The national debt helpline's Deb Shroot says people who are concerned about making repayments should seek help as soon as possible.
