The Supreme Court hearing on the plea filed by the Shinde camp over the disqualification notice is underway. <br /> <br />Rebel Shiv Sena MLA Eknath Shinde approached the Supreme Court against the disqualification notices issued by the Deputy Speaker against rebel Maharashtra MLAs. <br />The plea also challenged the appointment of Ajay Chaudhary as the Shiv Sena's legislative leader in the House in place of Shinde.
