Russia has denied targeting a shopping centre in Ukraine with missiles and claimed it was instead aiming for a nearby building it suspected was filled with weaponry. <br /> <br />Its ambassador to the UK, Andrei Kelin, insisted the Kremenchuk mall was empty, while describing the casualties as "collateral damage".
