Two persons were wounded after a fire razed three houses in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City on Wednesday, leaving an estimated P1.5 million worth of damage.<br /><br />The wounded victims were identified as Sharrah Mae Avila, 30, who suffered minor burns in the left hand; and Imar Drilon, 36, who sustained multiple abrasion in left shoulder and laceration in left foot.<br /><br />Chief Insp.
