Residents in Canterbury say that fly tipping in their area is becoming dangerous and out of control.<br /><br />Those living near Kemsing Gardens say this issues has been ongoing for more than 15 years, and are calling on the council to take action.<br /><br />Canterbury City Council say that they are aware of the situation and are currently assessing the problem.
