The Education Ministry discontinues its top achievers list and starts a ten million dollar remedial vacation programme for some 9,000 students scoring less than thirty percent in the Secondary Entrance Assessment examination and placed in secondary schools.<br /><br /><br />Over 19,000 children got their results Friday.<br />
