Try the best ‪#Stuffed ‪#Potatoes with ‪#Qeema and ‪#Cheese Topping ‪#JhatPatRecipe ‪#recipe #yummilicious #famousfood <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />- Mince Chicken 250 gram<br />- Potatoes Large 5-6<br />- Onion thinly sliced 1<br />- Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon<br />- Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon<br />- Green chilies paste 1 Tablespoon<br />- Salt To taste<br />- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon<br />- Coriander mint leaves as per need<br />- Mozzarella Cheese as per need<br />- Green onion as per need<br />- Tomato thinly sliced 1<br />- Olives 5-6<br />- Butter 2 Tablespoon<br />- Black pepper to taste<br /><br />Directions:<br />Qeema:<br />- Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion. When onion are brown add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes,<br />- Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well.<br />- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves <br />- Fry for 2 minutes. Your filling is ready. Set aside to cool. <br />Potato stuffed:<br />- Half boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes. <br />- Slice tops off of potatoes and scoop the flesh out, leave skin intact.<br />- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.<br />- Fill potato with salt, butter, mince chicken, green onion, tomatoes. Add cheese on top, garnish with olives, black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.<br />- Qeema stuffed potatoes are ready to serve.<br /><br /> Recipe in Urdu:<br /><br />Ajza:<br />- Chicken qeema 250 gram <br />- Pyaz bareek kati 1 <br />- Aaloo bare size ke 5-6 <br />- Adrak paste 1 khanay ka chamach<br />- Lehsan paste 1 Khanay ka chamach<br />- Hari mirch pisi hui 1 khanay ka chammach<br />- Namak hasbe zaika<br />- Lal mirch 1 chai ka chamach<br />- Dhaniya podina kata hua hasbe zaroorat<br />- Mozzarella Cheese hasbe zaroorat<br />- Hari piyaz hasbe zaroorat<br />- Tamatar bareek kata hua 1<br />- Olives pieces <br />- Makhan 2 khanay kay chamach <br />- Kali mirch hasbe zaika<br /><br />Pakanay ka Tareeka:<br />Qeema:<br />- Oil garam Karen aur pyaz shamil karke brown karlen. Adrak lehsan paste, pisi huee hari mirch aur qeema shamil karke bhoon len.<br />- Phir lal mirch shamil karay aur achi tarha se bhoon lain. <br />- Akhir main dhaniya aur podina shamil karain.<br />- 1-2 min tak bhoon lain aur qeema tayar hai. <br />Potato stuffed:<br />- Aloo ko 10 – 15 main tak boil karain. Khyal rahay ke Aloo ko poora boil nahi karna hai.<br />- Aaloo nikal len aur chamach ki madad se beech main se uska gooda nikal len. <br />- Phir aloo kay andar thora namak aur makhan dal dain. <br />- Phir qeema, hari piyaz aur tamatar bharen ooper cheese shamil karlen kaali mirch, olive daalden<br />- Oven ko pehle se garam karlen 180 degrees C pe aur phir aaloo ko 20 minute bake Karen.<br />- Mazadar qeema stuffed Aloo tayaar hain.
