Haryana Police arrested a person for writing pro-Khalistan slogans in Karnal district of Haryana on July 05. Slogans were found written on the walls of two educational institutions on June 10 in Haryana.<br /><br />It came to the fore that the accused was in contact with a US-based person, who promised to pay 1,000 dollars for doing this work.
