I am hoping, praying he will survive this," Kishida said while addressing the media at his residence. <br /> <br />Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was shot at while campaigning in Nara, western Japan on Friday, public broadcaster NHK reported. The suspect has been arrested.
