On the heels of the latest police-involved killings Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is issuing a challenge to parents and guardians to do better.<br /><br /> <br /><br />And, he's advising young people to find productive outlets and spend less time liming.<br /><br /> <br /><br />As, he says these unfortunate situations can always be avoided.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Dr. Rowley is also calling for accountability from all parties, including the police, as he says everyone loses in these situations.<br /><br /> <br /><br />RYNESSA Cutting has more.<br />
