People can be seen milling around the compound as they wait for the official news of the president’s resignation. <br /> <br />Protesters have also occupied 'Temple Tree', the official residence of Sri Lanka Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe. Videos emerged of protesters camping there and cooking food inside the premises in Colombo.
