Amanah Youth today lodged a police report against former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters.<br /><br />Amanah Youth chief of strategy Ammar Atan said the report was made under Section 233 of the Communications Act and Sections 499 and 505 of the Penal Code.<br /><br />“We made a police report against him (Najib) due to the statement he released a few days ago blatantly accusing other parties and turning his head from the problem he caused when his government was in power.<br /><br />“The intention of his statement was clearly to cause confusion to the rakyat, to throw blame, and to cause unrest towards the current government,” he said.<br /><br />More: https://www.malaysiakini.com/news/628241
