Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim has clarified that the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Harapan and the administration led by Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob does not end on July 31. <br /><br />The PKR president explained that the MOU only states when the election should be held, and even that could be changed based on discussions.
