Pickup van crushed a woman police officer in Ranchi

In Tupudana, Ranchi, a 2018 batch woman inspector was crushed to death by a pickup van driver during vehicle checking. Inspector Sandhya Topno died on the spot. The driver of the pickup van managed to escape. Know what is the whole matter.
