Mere Weeks after live polio-virus was found in sewage samples in London, the united States has recorded its first polio case in almost a decade.<br /><br />Unfortunately the patient developed paralysis.<br /><br />However, the case appears to be connected to a polio vaccine.<br /><br />Still, Trinidad and Tobago's Ministry of Health is urging everyone to ensure they're vaccinated against the virus.<br /><br />Rynessa Cutting has more.<br />
