Science, Technology, and Innovation (Mosti) Minister Dr Adham Baba confirmed his ministry has received an application from Australian mining company Lynas to review key conditions in their operating licence.<br /><br />The conditions, set by the Pakatan Harapan government, were to move its cracking and leaching facility, which produces radioactive Water Leach Purification (WLP) residue, outside Malaysia before July 2023.
