State governments will risk instability if they refused to adopt incoming federal laws designed to discourage MPs from defecting.<br /><br />This was the warning of Azalina Othman Said (BN-Pengerang) - one of the chief proponents of the bill and a member of the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) which reviewed the bill.
