<br />Taking inspiration from a Legoland staple, Chef Kalel Chan shares his take on apple fries that's bound to be a hit with the entire family.<br /><br />INGREDIENTS<br />For the fries<br />- lemon<br />- bowl of water<br />- green apples<br />- cornstarch<br />- cinnamon powder<br /><br />For the sauce<br />- melted vanilla ice cream<br />- cinnamon powder<br /><br />DIRECTIONS<br />- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice out of it<br />- Mix it in the bowl of water.
