Neil Woods spent 14-years as an undercover detective infiltrating some of the most dangerous drugs gangs in Europe. <br /><br />His operations put his own life in constant danger, and led to the arrests of countless dealers, gangsters and drug users. <br /><br />Over this time, Neil came to realise just how contradictory and self-defeating our drug policy truly is. Most of all, he realised how damaging this policy is for the police themselves. <br /><br />In a stunning reversal, he quit the police and now campaigns with Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP) to end the War on Drugs altogether.
