Melbourne's shrine of remembrance is defending its decision to cancel a lighting display tonight that was to pay tribute to LGBTQI+ people who have served in the Australian Armed Forces. It was part the shrine's 'defending with pride' exhibition, but bathing it in rainbow coloured light attracted abuse and even threats.
