Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz is the new Selangor BN treasurer.<br /><br />The appointment was announced by Selangor BN chief Noh Omar while closing the state chapter's convention in Setia Alam last night.<br /><br />Zafrul will replace Jamal Md Yunos - who is now the state BN communications chief.
