Several opposition politicians have criticised the police for transferring nine of their problematic personnel to East Malaysian territories.<br /><br />Kota Belud MP Isnaraissah Munirah Majilis wrote on Facebook yesterday that Sabah and Sarawak were facing enough problems and the police's policy was adding to it.<br /><br />Similarly, Sarawak PKR information chief Abun Sui Anyit urged the police to explain why Sabah and Sarawak were chosen but not other states in Peninsular Malaysia.<br /><br />Yesterday, deputy Selangor police chief S Sasikala Devi said nine police personnel involved in an extortion racket in Gombak were transferred to Sabah and Sarawak pending investigations.
