Leeds-based Dowsing & Reynolds moved to a new site in Hunslet last year. It has enabled the business to grow but the founders James and All Dowsing-Reynolds want to focus on the journey rather than the destination and are concerned about the impact of the cost-of-living crisis on other people including some of their staff.
