Scrap Iron dealers resist any shut down of their industry, calling any such action "an attack on the poor and the "black".<br /><br /><br />A rally is planned for Saturday and in the meantime, the president of the Scrap Iron Dealers Association, Allan Ferguson calls on the Prime Minister to let good sense prevail.<br />
