<br /><br />Cultural icon David Rudder has received CARICOM's highest award; the Order of the Caribbean Community.<br /><br /><br />The Award Ceremony took place on Wednesday at the Diplomatic Centre in St. Anns, as Rudder was unable to attend a Heads of Government Conference in Suriname last month where the awards were presented.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has the details.
