Southbound Hwy. 99 Stockdale Highway off-ramp to remain open for now

The southbound Hwy. 99 Stockdale Highway off-ramp will remain open for the time being, the City of Bakersfield announced. The City, Thomas Roads Improvement Program, and Caltrans work together to come to the determination.
