A graduating boy's day was made even more special when he got a surprise visit from a very special person. <br /><br />This wholesome clip features the aforementioned reunion, which sees Autumn Thompson returning to her hometown to greet her younger bro on his special day. <br /><br />"I am in the US Navy and due to COVID, I hadn't been home to see any of my family in roughly a year and a half," Autumn shared.
