<br />A couple thousand workers heeded the call of their various trade unions and took to the streets of Port of Spain on Friday.<br /><br /><br />The peaceful march was held to signal an absolute refusal of the 4 percent wage increase offered to public servants.<br /><br /><br />Labelling the event 'a success', the Joint Trade Union Movement is hinting at a shutdown as another plan to getting the plight of workers heard.<br /><br /><br />Reporter Alicia Boucher and camerawoman Kerry Patrick bring you the details.<br /><br />
