Try this #Recipe for iftar and impress your guests. #yummilicious #JhatPatRecipe #HappyCookingToYou #ramzanrecipes <br /><br />Bajiya <br />Recipe in English:<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />- Split green lentil lentil ½ Cup<br />- yellow lentil ½ Cup<br />- Red lentil ½ Cup<br />- White Lentil ½ Cup<br />- Split gram lentil ½ cup<br />- Salt to taste<br />- Cumin 1 Teaspoon<br />- Crushed Red Chili 1 ½ Teaspoon<br />- Crushed Coriander 1 ½ Teaspoon<br />- Baking Soda ½ Teaspoon<br />- Onion 1 <br />- Green Chili 4 Finely Chopped<br />- Coriander ½ Bunch<br />Chatni<br />- Tamarind paste ¼ Cup<br />- Chaat Masala ½ Teaspoon <br />- Sugar 1 Teaspoon<br />- Water ¼ Cup<br /><br />Directions:<br />- Wash all the lentils and soak them in water overnight or minimum 5-6 hours.<br />- Drain water from soaked lentils and grind them to a coarse mixture. Add water to bring the desired consistency and take out in a bowl.<br />- In a chopper, add onion, coriander and green chilies and chop for 10-15 seconds. Add to lentils mixture.<br />- Add all the spices and mix well.<br />- In a frying pan heat oil and make dumplings and deep fry.<br />Tamarind sauce:<br />- Soak imli in water for 20 minutes, take out stones and add sugar, chaat masala and mix well.<br /><br /><br />Recipe in Urdu:<br /><br />Ajza:<br />- Moong Daal ½ Cup<br />- Hari Moong Daal ½ Cup<br />- Masoor Daal ½ Cup<br />- Chana Daal ½ Cup<br />- Mash Daal ½ Cup<br />- Salt to taste<br />- Zeera 1 Teaspoon<br />- Kuti hui Lal Mirch 1 ½ Teaspoon<br />- Dhania 1 ½ Teaspoon<br />- Baking Soda ½ Teaspoon<br />- Onion 1 Large<br />- Green Chili 4 Finely Chopped<br />- Dhania ½ Bunch<br />Chatni:<br />- Imli Paste ¼ Cup<br />- Chaat Masala ½ Teaspoon<br />- Cheeni 1 Teaspoon<br />- Water ¼ Cup<br /><br />Bananay ka tareeka:<br />- Sab se pehle sb daalo ko pani se achi tarah dho lain or pani me raat ko bhigo den. kam se kam 5-6 ghantay bhigona zaroori hai.<br />- Banate wakt paani nikal den aur saari daalo ko grind karlain. hasbe zarorat pani shamil karen aur ek bowl main nikaal len.<br />- Chopper main pyaz, hara dhania aur hari mirch ko 10-15 second chop karain aur daal kea meze main shamil karlen.<br />- Ab namak, zeera, baking soda, kuti lal mirch, kuta hua dhania shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen.<br />- Frying pan me oil ko garam karain k video main diye gaye shape main fry karlen.<br />Imli ki chatni:<br />Aik bowl mai imli ka paste, chaat masala, cheeni or pani shamil kr k achi tara se mix krlain.
