Authorities of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 intercepted a South African male carrying suspected illegal drugs on Saturday, August 8, 2022.<br /><br />The passenger was identified as Mark Wienand and recovered from him are two hard case luggage containing four duct tape wrapped packages containing a crystalline substance or suspected ‘shabu’, clothes, shoes, a phone, wallet, passport, IDs, baggage declaration form, vaccination card and two boarding passes.
