A police report has been lodged against PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang regarding his recent statement claiming that non-Muslims and non-bumiputeras make up the bulk of the “root of corruption” in the country.<br /><br />The report was lodged at 12.24pm today by Federal Territories DAP assistant secretary Lee Bing Hong, at the Dang Wangi district police headquarters.<br /><br />Speaking to Malaysiakini, Lee said Hadi's statement is "very disappointing and must be condemned. It will only create hatred among various races."
