<br />There were also instances of severe street flash flooding in South Trinidad this afternoon.<br /><br />Parts of Debe, Penal, Barrackpore and San Francique were inundated with flood water trapping many who were making their way through these communities.<br /><br />Over in Ste Madeleine, as the rain continued, five families were still struggling to cover their roofs which were blown off in what they called a “mini tornado” on Sunday.<br /><br />Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was in the community and tells us more.
