The owners of Melbourne's popular Hard Rubbish bar, or 'Hardo' as it is affectionately known, are giving it away for free. Co-owner of the Preston establishment, Charlotte Tizzard, says she is eager for young people to have the opportunity to run and grow a community-oriented business.
