Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday commissioned INS Vikrant, India's first indigenously designed and built aircraft carrier. <br /> <br />PM Modi also unveiled the Indian Navy's new ensign at the event. The new ensign does not feature the St George’s Cross and incorporates the royal seal of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
