In mid-February, Hinase hosts its annual Oyster Festival Kaki-Matsuri. <br />On this day oysters can be purchased fresh and cooked in public BBQ areas for consumption. <br />Local delicacies, such as Kaki-Oko (Oyster Okonomiyaki), a pancake-type dish with cabbage, vegetables, oysters and a piquant sauce) are proudly served up to visitors and locals alike. <br />Also famous in the area are Kaki-Fry (fried oysters) which can be served with a sauce or just salt.<br /><br />This Bridge is called Kashirajimao Bridge and it connects Kakui Island connects to Kashira Island<br /><br />Now we go through a beautiful little fishing village.<br /><br />The last goal before we go back to Hinase is the outer ring beach (外輪海水浴場)<br />Sotowa kaisui yoku jyo<br /><br />On the way home we found a little road to the side where you have an amazing view of Nissay Bay with the beautiful Bridge!
