Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren commented on the Dumka incident where a minor girl was set on fire and said, "Yeh hota rehta hai" (This keeps happening). This comes amidst another incident in Dumka where a minor girl was found hanging from a tree. <br /> <br />The girl was allegedly raped and murdered, Deputy Inspector General of Police Sudarshan Mandal told India Today TV. <br /> <br />Earlier, a class 12 student was set ablaze by her alleged stalker, identified as Shahrukh, on August 23. She succumbed to her burn injuries in the early hours of Sunday, August 28.
