It's hoped new technology created by a Kent woman will help more of us regularly check our breasts for signs of cancer.<br /><br />Dotplot uses sound waves to monitor breast tissue - the details are saved in an app and compared each month.<br /><br />The user will be alerted to any significant changes and urged to see a GP.<br /><br />Debra Babalola from Bromley helped come up with the idea.<br /><br /><br />The tech has won this year's prestigious James Dyson Award.
