At least four people were injured when a four-storey building that was under construction collapsed in the Azad Market area of Delhi on Friday. <br /> <br />Rescue efforts are underway. Four fire tenders have been rushed to the site. <br /> <br />Delhi DCP said prima facie, the building collapsed because the structure could not bear weight.
