<br /><br />New Head of the Port of Spain Division and the Acting Top Cop were among a party of officers on patrol in the Capital City on Friday morning.<br /><br /><br />They met with people and visited business establishments including banks.<br /><br /><br />TV6 News spoke to Acting Senior Superintendent Roger Alexander about some of his policing plans for the Division.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has the details.
