Russia is retaliating in the northeast after Ukrainian forces made major gains in their counteroffensive, reclaiming several areas once controlled by Russia. This as the international agency surveying Europe’s largest nuclear power plant located in Ukraine is saying that a deal must be reached to stop the shelling around the facility.
