MEGHAN Markle made a sweet comment about the Royal Family while hugging a well-wisher.<br /><br />The Duchess of Sussex was seen hugging a royal fan who was among the crowd gathered at Windsor Castle to pay tribute to the Queen.<br /><br />The young mourner spoke of the moment she hugged Meghan saying she wanted to “show her that she’s welcome” in Britain.<br /><br />And a close-up clip has revealed the fan's encounter with the Duchess of Sussex as well as Meghan's touching comment about the Royals that shows she considers herself part of the family.<br /><br />Meghan can be seen approaching the fan asking her name to which the 14-year-old girl responds "Amelka".<br /><br />"How beautiful" Meghan can be heard saying.<br /><br />"Thank you for being here, it means so much for the family, we appreciate it," she adds.<br /><br />She then asks the fan how long she's been waiting before repeating "we appreciate you being here".<br /><br />“I asked her if I could have a hug and she hugged me back. It was just quite an amazing moment.”<br /><br />She continued: “It just went through my mind and everyone was kind of cheering me on. <br /><br />“I guess I just felt like I needed to in a way.<br /><br />“I feel like she’s going through a lot because of the Queen dying but also because of everything she’s been through with the royal family.<br /><br />“I just wanted to show her that she’s welcome I guess. I just wanted to hug her after everything that’s happened.”<br /><br />Meanwhile, Meghan made a touching comment to a Royal aide about a promise she made to a young mourner.<br /><br />In a clip that went viral on social media it appears that an aide offered to take some of the flowers the duchess had been given by mourners.<br /><br />While at first, social media users speculated that Meghan had been rude to the aide - it has now been revealed she actually wanted to keep her promise to mourners that she would place them at the gate on behalf of them.<br /><br />It’s thought that she said: "I told them I'd place them over there so it's OK. Thank you. I appreciate it though."<br /><br />Prince William, Harry, Kate, and Meghan met with crowds of mourners on Saturday speaking with them and collecting flowers from them.<br /><br />The reunion of the two brothers was arranged over a text message as they put their differences aside to view tributes to the Queen.<br /><br />They were last seen together in public at the Queen's Platinum<br /><br />The Sun has revealed that William and Harry could walk side by side behind the Queen’s coffin at the funeral.<br /><br />Plans are now being drawn up for the somber event on Monday with discussions taking place about whether the brothers will be together.
